Shadow Drive

Shadow Drive is cloud storage by Shadow with 20GB of free storage and 4TB of space available for 4.99€ per month which is pretty amazing. I could use it to back up my computer three times over and still have some space left. Even just using the free storage you get 5GB more than competitors such as Mega and it seems to be a lot quicker as well.

Interface wise it is a locked down version of Nextcloud. Basically the same but without the options to install applications. At the moment it has the options for files and videos.

As you can see there isn't much there yet but with 2TB of space available, mobile and desktop clients it isn't that far off being quite useful. Just the inclusion of the calendar application and email would have me paying as I spend $5 US per month on a virtual server running Nextcloud at the moment.

Definitely something to keep an eye on.
